useful aid to potential buyers, they provide
instant information that may not be obvious through the photography and description alone and can often attract a viewing when a property was almost dismissed as well eliminating time wasting viewings. A floor plan is now an
expected part of property marketing.

Each property that we produce a floor plan for
is measured to a professional standard to
within 2 decimal points using laser measurements. The property is hand sketched during the survey and then converted into a computer generated floor plan with all doors, windows, features and permanent fixtures
shown. All measurements are shown in metric and imperial and floor plans can be customised and branding can be added.

With over 20 years experience of design and draughting you can be assured that our surveys are thorough and our plans are detailed and accurate. We can perform the survey
during the same appointment as the
photography and EPC and our plans are included in our various popular packages. Your plan can be provided as a PDF or JPEG and will be with
you within 24 hours of the survey.
